Is AMC Volume so low because the bad actors are parking our buy orders instead of buying them?

I can’t see how the volume is so low with Millions of counterfeit shares available to short CTB going down and price of AMC going down I think they are delivering the electronic share to our account but not actually buying anything just parking the buy orders
