One of the most powerful tools of the healing journey❤️‍🩹 is to learn to do the PAUSE🧘🏻‍♀️

Don’t just do it when you’re triggered or dont feel well, plug it into your schedule (washroom breaks, before meals, etc…) and make a pratice out of it…trauma is disconnection from the self so working on reconnecting and being aware if ourselves is a great way to heal💫
