Far easier than I anticipated. Just go with Frederica (Skill Book), Dagger (Skill Book) and Izumi. Maintain and control the Turn Count for the entire fight. Just make sure to keep check about the command zone. Use Nolva as advisor to remove the Blackorbs. Dagger is only used for the last fight against Pang, after Pang SP is dead. Then you can fully utilize all 3 characters. In the beginning only use as much as possible with Izumi and Frederica (Skill Book).

Honestly any of the 3 doesn't help much in this fight, otherwise just pick "calculation" again.

Advisor: 1st pick Nolva, she will be quite helpful to easier manage the comman dzone. 2nd Just pick any dmg % boosting character.
Runes: any damage boosting effect works.
