Get in Shape! Back, Biceps & Core | Workout Wednesday 06

In todays workout, I'm in the gym! I did a 15 minute abs workout following a great step by step video by Fraser Wilson, here is a link to that video:

Then, I did a combination of Pull Downs, Rows, and Bicep Curls.

I hope this workout provides a template for others to follow in order to help them stay in shape while living an off grid lifestyle.
