1. Trim and cut 500g of chicken wings and soak them in milk for 30 minutes.
2. Wash and dry thoroughly, then add refined rice wine 2, salt, pepper, and ginger, and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Apply potato starch evenly
4 Grease generously with cooking oil, close the lid over medium to low heat, and bake as if frying (15 to 20 minutes)
5. Add seasoning (1.5 oyster sauce, 3 dark soy sauce, 1.5 sugar, 3 honey, 1 minced garlic, 1 sesame oil, 70ml water) and boil.
6. Add chicken wings, 3 pieces of garlic, and peperoncino and boil it down.
