FOR CONTEXT...
Wet dreams are normal. If you've had a wet dream, that's a sign that you have a healthy functioning sexual response system. You are a biological creature that was designed to procreate. Your pipes are working... Congratulations! I've had a wet dream. Most guys have.

THE BIGGEST DANGER WITH A WET DREAM...
Is how you psychologically and emotionally and energetically respond to it. Do you go downward into a shame spiral and think, "Oh, I relapsed." Or, "I fucked up." Or, do you just roll with it and say, "Shit happens, man." That's the deciding point between banging your head against the wall and just feeling great.

IF YOU'RE DOING SEMEN RETENTION OR NOFAP...
Then there are some really practical reasons why you would want to stop having wet dreams because it does release some energy. A wet dream does create some physiological and neurochemical changes in your brain that we're trying to avoid on the practice, in the process of semen retention and no fap. 1. SLEEP ON YOUR BACK
Because that way your penis isn't between your body and the sheets and you're going to have less risk of stimulation of that that might lead to arousal that might lead to a wet dream or a sex dream that leads to ejaculation.

2. NO PHONE, COMPUTER OR TV FOR 90 MINUTES BEFORE SLEEP
That is because doing so generally puts you into your head. You're not as much in your body. A whole lot of the imagery out there is sexually based and it can re-stimulate that ejaculatory focused response within us, that desire to get off.

3. BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP, STRETCH YOUR LEGS
Stretch the front, the back, the outsides, the insides, and get more blood flowing into your legs and into your hips. That's going to create more ease in your lower body and more ease means less pressure and less of a need to relieve pressure and less... The body has learned a way to relieve pressure through ejaculation. If there's less pressure and more ease, you don't need to do that.

4. DO BREATHWORK OR MEDITATION BEFORE SLEEP
That's going to bring more ease into your body in general. Ease is a good thing. 8. LIVE WITH PURPOSE
Because if you're living with a directed purpose and you're completing your mission, you're going towards what you believe in, then that's going to be a direct outlet for your sexual energy, for your life force energy. If you're doing that, there's going to be less of a need for it to leave your body through a nocturnal emission, through a wet dream through that.
