Long Term Semen Retention Advice - (100 Days is Crazy)

Doing Semen Retention for 100 days is not something I would recommend for 99% of men. Don't underestimate the amount of effort it'll take to to stay balanced during long term semen retention... especially if you're going to go for 100 days...

Most men shouldn't do this, and ESPECIALLY men who have never done semen retention before. Start with just 7 days, or start with a max of 21 days. Both of those timelines have serious benefits, and have been supported by research too. The physiological benefits of semen retention seem to plateau around days 21-30, and that's as long as I usually like to go. And yes, I did retain for 45 days earlier this year, because it felt like the right thing to do.

For the record, my personal ideal ejaculation frequency is around one ejaculation every 14 days, with as much sex as feels good for my girlfriend and I during that time. (Non-ejaculatory orgasms included).

I see ejaculatory orgasms as an important part of an integrative semen retention practice. They feel incredible, and if we have them in a frequency that works best for us, ejaculatory orgasms can actually be very beneficial.
