1 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 11oz can of green giant mexicorn drained
1 tsp. chili powder
2 1/4 c water
1 c rice
1 c cheese
brown ground beef and drain. Stir in salsa, water corn chili powder and rice bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes covered til rice is cooked. Add cheese and let it melt
