Romani vs State of NSW [2023]

This Friday I had a chat with Sanchia Romani in regards to her recent win in the NSW courts.
Sanchia was awarded damages after NSW Senior Constables ignored her 'no trespassing' signs in August 2021. The two police officers climbed a locked gate and trespassed the northern rivers property which they suspected was organising a protest in breach of 'Covid Laws.'
Through her process in court, Sanchia was self-represented and learnt a lot of useful skills in this process which she will share with the public.
