I must have cut out the lug to lug bit by mistake when editing. Sorry about that guys. It's 45.5mm.
I've also found out that the movement is a ST1612, despite what the seller told me.

UPDATE:
I've spoken to Cadisen about the '50ATM' misprint again and this is what they had to say:
The black and blue models are now all '5ATM'. But some of the gold ones might still be '50ATM'
