Never be araid to go no-contact with toxic individuals. Your self-love and boundaries are very important for your inner peace and long lasting happiness. Some people will unconsciously never want to heal! They will decide to keep negative energiy inside, hate/bitterness(coldness), anger and low vibrational energies inside without dealing with their root trauma and problems. Healing always starts with you. And if they don't want to heal and keep hating.. let them. Forgive them and love them from a distance and let them deal with their problems without you. You don't have to feel guilty cutting people that are holding you down energetically! Love yourself and set boundaries.
