DOOM (2016) - Whoever designed this Rune Challenge should've been fired

The title says it all. This is one of the Rune challenges featured in DOOM (2016) where if you complete it, you will earn the award of some kind of "ammo boost" power up. In order to receive this, you must at least kill 30 demons with your Super Shotgun in approximately 4 seconds. Each kill granting you at least 3 seconds. ...And I just have to say, whoever designed this Rune challenge should've been fired. Seriously, just look at this...

Thank God I was somewhat able to complete this by some unknown miracle. Am I the only one who thought that this specific challenge was poorly designed?
