How to Shape a Sourdough Batard (No Pre-Shape Method)

In this video, I'll show you how you can skip the "pre-shape" step when making a sourdough batard. All it takes is a few strategic shaping moves! This works best with a low to medium hydration sourdough bread. I hope you enjoy this "no pre-shape method" of shaping a sourdough batard!
