Good Sourdough Bread - START TO FINISH

"Good Sourdough Bread" is my master sourdough bread recipe that I make almost every week. This bread is made mostly of white bread flour, and it's at 70% hydration, which means it's in the middle between low-hydration and high-hydration. There are no fancy steps, like "autolyse" or "bassinage" in this method. It's just a simple, no-nonsense process where you mix all the ingredients together in the bowl at the same time. For 18 more creative sourdough recipes with no unnecessary steps and no complicated terminology, check out my ebook, No-Nonsense Sourdough.
