Shortcake Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups (300g)
Baking Powder - 1 Tbsp (15g)
Salt - 1 tsp (5g)
Sugar - 1 Tbsp (13g)
Butter - 1 US stick (113g)
Milk - 1 cup (240g)

Strawberry Topping Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries - 1 lb (500g)
Sugar - 2 Tbsp (25g)

Whipped Cream Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 Pint (473 ml)
Sugar - 2 Tbsp (25g)
