Learn to make baguettes 🥖🥖 at home using this EASY BAGUETTE RECIPE. (Aprende a hacer una barra de pan súper fácil en casa). Simply mix, knead, sleep, shape, proof, and bake.

The trick to this recipe is an overnight cold rise in the fridge.This allows the dough to rise slowly while you are sleeping so that you don't have to fuss about your dough all day. PLUS the cold dough is way easier to handle when you're shaping your baguettes. The recipe in this video makes two 180 gram baguettes (or demi-baguettes). Give these a try! I hope you enjoy.

Bread Flour.......220g (1 3/4 cups)
Water.................143g (0.60 cups OR 143 ml)
Instant Yeast.....2g (1/2 tsp)
Salt.....................4g (1/2 tsp)
