Learn how to shape a loaf of bread for a pan (aka "tin") in this short video. Sometimes you just want a few rectangular slices of bread for a sandwich. Well, baking bread in a pan is the best and easiest way to achieve that at home! In this video, I will show you how I usually shape a loaf of bread for a pan (or tin) when I make sandwich bread.

This shaping method will work for almost any recipe you use, but...

✏️ Here's the recipe I used for the loaf in this video:
Bread Flour...................600g
Water............................405g
Sourdough Starter.......100g
Salt...............................12
