They use Chaos to take control of another. Or, in other words, they thrive in times of chaos. Good things actually happen when stability and strong foundations remain in-tact. AND, we are talking about people so out of control, that they desperately need to have the upper hand at all times and will extract half the things I say here in order to turn it into a situation where they have control. "See, I told you so." You know the type, they always have to 'win.' Even if it really isn't a win. Know-it-alls, per se.
