Teens Flee Police in Stolen Car, Drive Off Overpass, Attempt to Escape on Foot

A teenager in Minnesota drove a stolen vehicle off an overpass over Interstate 94, crashing the stolen Kia into an embankment. Two juveniles ran from the crashed vehicle, crossing I-94 and fleeing into a neighborhood, but were quickly apprehended, according to authorities.
