While the international community has largely ignored the threat that Russian-backed neo-Nazi groups pose to Ukrainian society and the Western world, it is important not to overlook the threats posed by the country's most prominent ultranationalist group, Azov. The movement, which formed in 2014 and has a military wing and political party, has expanded to include paramilitary training centers, summer camps and publishing houses.
