Well I made a mistake yesterday when I did the form and was only able to travel within my state. So I updated it so that I can travel across all states. You can to! Make sure you follow the steps here because you need a pin number first.

CaLl them for the pin number 1-800-832-5660 they will email you a link for the pin request.
