Ukraine war driven by 'invisible hand,' says China

China's Foreign Minister Qin Gang is warning of a new Cold War in Asia if relations with U.S.-aligned powers continue to deteriorate. Speaking on the sidelines of an annual parliament meeting in Beijing, Qin also said the Ukraine crisis was being driven by an "invisible hand" and must not be repeated in Asia.
