ES, NQ and RTY all sitting at their 20 daily moving averages. Price probe overnight due to China news. Walked back entirely. ES buyers will need to takeout 63.25 or sellers will need to takeout 37-30.50 zone while NQ buyers will need to takeout 12392 and sellers will need to takeout 12260.50. Otherwise we could see balance into J Powell testimony which begins tomorrow and ends Wednesday. This is where I think he will either confirm .25 or .50 rate hikes.
