A Spring walk in D.C. around George Washington Univ. with flowers, some dogs, and Biden's motorcade.

It was a pretty chill day in Washington D.C. today, so I went out for a walk around downtown checking out the IRS and FBI buildings before getting some lunch. I also saw an ice rink being de-iced for the last time this season, and a couple of motorcades form and to the White House with Joe Biden.
