Wood Turning - Log to Natural Edge Bowl

The last time I tried to woodturn a log into a bowl on the lathe it didn't go well. I was able to save the project from being a total fail, but this time everything went to plan! And it's always really satisfying to turn a raw log into a bowl.

I would have liked to get the natural edge a little thinner, and I left some ugly tool marks, but I was nervous about exploding the bowl again. So it's not quite perfect, but not too bad for a beginner. I am really starting to wish I had a bigger lathe, as I would have liked this bowl to be wider, but it was close to the max my lathe can handle.
