Suspect Tased After Allegedly Stealing Oatmeal Cookies/Sarour

Police in Missouri are sharing body camera video after bystander video of an arrest was widely shared on social media. The Cape Girardeau Police Department says an officer responded to a call about a theft at a convenience store. According to authorities, the suspect resisted arrest.
