This is Who I Am

I don’t think the internet understands me.

I love this sh!t.

It isn’t a front and it isn’t marketing - I do this with no camera most days but since I promote businesses and this seems to motivate some folks, I film it sometimes.

In a few years when I am done with this social media thing, and it will happen, I will still be doing this.

Just as heavy, just as intense, and with as much love and passion as you see in these videos.

My brain does heavy lifting all day because my body does heavy lifting for 45-60 minutes a day. Lifting never was my career, but it has benefitted me in every meeting, every sales call and every spreadsheet and report I have ever completed.

Stage or no stage, this is part of me. This is who I am.

The gym doesn’t define me, it enhances me in all areas of life.
