Pine Mountain Club is still digging out from the storms

As some communities across the state remain buried under snow, in Kern County, Pine Mountain Club residents have been dealing with the impacts of the winter storm. Kern County Fire says of all the county's mountain communities, Pine Mountain Club got hit the hardest.
