Russian Def Minister Sergei Shoigu visits Mariupol

Russia’s Defence Ministry reported Monday that its head Sergei Shoigu traveled to the occupied Donetsk region to inspect some of the rebuilt infrastructure in the city of Mariupol.

According to the Defence Ministry, Shoigu was shown a newly built hospital, a rescue center of the Emergency Ministry and some residential buildings.

Footage released by the ministry showed Shoigu and other officials, clad in camouflage, inspecting the new facilities.
