hazmat assassin known as the cleaner in NYC

a person if being sought after being linked to one murder and four robberies in NYC he committed crimes in Manhattan and the Bronx Hes known to use a scooter as a getaway. He's taken one life so far and NYPD is hot on his ass. he wears an all white hazmat suit with a mask and is armed and dangerous. also there's a witness to one of the crimes and is was said the hazmat assassin known to an accomplice with him. there's also a five thousand reward for the capture of the hazmat killer. with the rise in crime in the city the NYPD is making this subject a high priority. there's no color or type of scooter the killer is riding in anyone with knowledge is asked to call the NYPD.
