Air Fried Cheese Balls

🥑INGREDIENTS🥑
1 pound prepared pizza dough
1 (8-ounce) block Cabot Seriously Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Cooking oil spray
1 cup marinara sauce, for serving

👇How To Make👇
1) Allow the prepared dough to come to room temperature for 15 minutes. Then roll the dough and cut into about 40-42 squares.
2) Cut the block of cheese into 42 pieces.
3) In a small bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper.
4) Place one cheese cube into each of the dough squares. Add about ¼ teaspoon of the parsley mixture on top of each cheese cube. Fold the edges into the center, pinch them closed, and then roll the ball in your hands.
5) If you have time, set the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and freeze for at least one hour to keep most of the cheese from oozing out.
6) When ready to cook them, preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Spray the air fryer basket with the cooking oil spray, then transfer the cheese balls to the air fryer and arrange in a single layer. You will need to cook in at least two batches. Cook until the dough is puffed and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
7) Serve immediately with marinara or your favorite sauce for dipping.
