This Spaghetti Carbonara recipe is a classic Italian dish that's perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion. The creamy sauce is made with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream, and the crispy bacon adds a savory crunch to every bite. Enjoy your delicious and authentic Italian meal!

Ingredients:
1 pound of spaghetti
6 slices of bacon, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 eggs
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining the spaghetti.
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss it with the garlic.
Remove the skillet from the heat and pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
Add the reserved pasta cooking water a little at a time to loosen the sauce and make it creamy.
Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and toss it with the spaghetti.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
