Michael Whatley explains how focus on early voting can help GOP

Michael Whatley, Chairman for the North Carolina Republican Party, says it is important for the GOP to advocate for early voting far in advance of the 2024 election. Whatley says in 2020, North Carolina’s Republican party won early voting for the first time in the history of the state.
