Something classic made a bit more posh! Enjoy this thick, creamy and hearty tomato bisque with crispy, buttery, cheesy toastie made even more delicious with apple slivers. Yes! Apple slivers! Check out this week's delish feature!

EASY TOMATO BISQUE AND CHEESE TOASTIE

Ingredients:

Tomato Bisque
1 canned tomato
2 cups chicken stock
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp long grain rice
¼ cup full cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cheese Toastie
2 slices French bread
Butter
Shredded Cheese (your choice)
Apple slivers
Brie cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
