Food inflation in Hungary at 49%, why?

It is insane that countries like Hungary and Romania with a lot of arable land are hit by such an inflation. This is due to the fact that local farmers dont diversify and sell their products to markets and also the fact that the governments have too many regulations on farmers and have done almost zero for local food. Also another criteria is the rising energy prices from Russia which lead to the food inflation.
