Hundreds of schoolgirls poisoned across Iran with toxic gas

Iran's supreme leader has said whoever is responsible for suspected poisonings at girls' schools should be executed for an "unforgivable crime".

State media says around 1,000 pupils have become victims of what appear to be gas attacks since November.

It's also reported that school authorities and the government have tried to cover up the poisonings after they have been carried out, with one girl saying "we don't feel safe".
