MSG (RET) Jack Dona Address to Cochise County AZ BOS 2-28-2023

This video is my address to the Cochise County Board of Supervisors on February 28th, 2023. It addresses the measure that would return control of elections to the County Recorder and away from un-elected bureaucrats. In it I also address the larger issue of "redress" and the lack of it at all levels of government today. The measure did pass and our county is now 2 votes away from a full hand count of the 2020 and 2022 elections, as well as a vote to eliminate all electronic voting machines.
