10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT // No Equipment

This is a 10 minute Full Body Workout. I really ENJOY doing this one. I sometimes lose my balance when doing the "Sprinters" in the beginning - but that gets better over time!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break - take it! But make sure to join me again ♥︎

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing. 30s for each exercise.
