In February 2023, a White student at #HowardUniversity Law School says he was racially harassed for trying to understand and engage in discussions about Black issues. He was expelled from the school after he claims he was unfairly accused and was not given due process to defend himself. He is now suing the school for emotional damages.
$2 Million. In another situation, #CoppinStateUniversity student #KeylinPerez was named Ms. Coppin State and the reaction from Black people was very negative. Why are HBCU students and faculty displaying racism towards students that aren’t Black? Why is this ok?
