No Safe Site Presentation - Colorado State Capitol

In direct correlation to our project in El Paso as literally tons of fentanyl, meth. and heroin are flowing across the US/Mexico border, the Colorado legislature is once again introducing new legislation in Feb 2023 to allow Safe Injection Sites open in Colorado.
