VF video I tried to promote to attract more followers

I uploaded a brief video with a small promotion, non copy right, of Elvis warming up with opera phrases to attract more followers.

The video right after upload was visible. Soon after promotion is was no longer visible. I received a Twitter notification that the protion was up and running.

The video disappeared from Tweets. I started to scroll up and down very quickly and the video suddenly, and briefly for less than 1 second, appeared.

I used my phone to record this as it happened and was able to record it. This is the video uploaded here.

Out of frustration I uploaded the same later without promotion and it appears.

Interesting is the minimal interest the video attracted.
