Brawl breaks out in Georgian parliament

Fights broke out in Georgia’s parliament over a ‘foreign agents’ bill backed by the ruling party. The draft law would require organizations receiving more than 20 percent of their funding from overseas to register as ‘foreign agents’ or face fines.
