Cheryl Richardson is a renowned author, coach, and speaker who has helped countless individuals transform their lives through her teachings on self-care, personal development, and life balance. With a career spanning over two decades, Richardson has written several bestselling books, hosted TV shows, and delivered numerous talks and workshops worldwide.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Richardson began her career in the early 1990s as a professional coach, helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals.
