I recorded this beautiful song while at Walmart in February 2023.

The electric violin player's name is Nicolas.

He called the name of the song 10,000 raisins but its called 10,000 reasons.

This song lifted my spirit because to me it was a sound of life difficulties and challenges, including hope for the future.

Intermittant Fasting is a challenge to lose weight and even more important to heal your body.

Stress is known to reduce the effects of intermittant fasting weight loss.

I think listening to 10,000 Reasons is another option to reduce stress because it sounds so relaxing.

Its also a song in praise to the Lord Jesus.
