Woodturning - GIANT Oak Burl Bowl (15kg / 33lbs)

Woodturning this incredible giant English oak burl bowl, out of massive blank what weights approx. 15kg or 33lbs total and 40cm/16” diameter. This huge burl / burr is full of amazing grain characteristics and also found a living creator inside 😊 Wood turning this size wooden bowls requires a stronger lathe, slow speed and loads of patience but well worth the effort as the final result is awesome. Finished with boiled linseed oil to pop the grain. 😊
