It looks like covid, and my sense of taste went to where everything that I put in my mouth was so Disgusting that it made me want to throw up. I could not even drink water or eat anything. This is what I went through and this is what I did, and how I started to be able to eat food and drink again. This is the steps that I took, and here are some of the foods that I can eat.
