INGREDIENTS :

480 grams Jiffy corn muffin mix ( 16.93 oz )
2 eggs
156 ml milk ( 2/3 cup )
3 sliced frankfurters ( quartered )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a bowl add 480 grams Jiffy corn muffin mix, 2 eggs
.add 156 ml milk & mix well
.pour batter into 12 muffin liners equally ( 2/3 full )
.add 1 frankfurter slice into each muffin liner
.place in a preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 15 to 20 minutes
