Wiring Mess on the Abandon 1950s Massey Harris 35 Combine Revival Episode 2

Some adventures brings things you never knew existed in the world and for me a 6 volt positive ground system is a first. I know how 6 volt systems work but have never messed with one but I for sure did not know there was a system where the ground is positive. Supposedly thought to reduce corrosion, not sure how well it worked but hey and least they tried stuff back then. Now a days everything is all the same old nonsense with more stuff to fail. Also I for sure will be fixing up the wiring in the control panel a bit better as well. A new water temp gauge is needed as the old one has left the building long ago.
