Writer Judy Blume, who the American Library Association has called “one of the most frequently challenged authors of the 21st century” for her controversial books dealing with adolescence, spoke out against censorship on Saturday (March 4), as she attended the screening of a documentary about her life at the Miami Film Festival, “Judy Blume Forever.”
