Using this to test using an Arc A380 as a drop in dedicated encoder.
This is for TESTING ONLY! I am putting my parts at risk so you do not have to. That being said.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X with PBO enabled
MB: MSI B550 Tomahawk
RAM: 32 Gig 4X8 Coarsair CMW32GX4M4D3600C16 @3600 MHz
GPU1: PowerColor RX6900XT Red Devil Ultimate Stock Config Drivers 23.2.2
GPU2: Asrock Arc A380 Stock config Drivers 4091
Storage: Team Group 1Tb Nvme TEAM TM8FP6001T
My end goal is to find out if using an Arc A380 as a cheap drop in for the encoder is a solid choice.
